Shipping & Returns
Shipping varies depending on each country and its import regulations.
We will ship your items within 24/48 hours from the time of purchase from our German base.
We ship globally but please note that shipments outside of Europe will take longer and are more subject to extra inspection by local border authorities.
Yovnger is not responsible for any temporary hold or delay in shipping once it has left our facilities. Please note that depending on the country you live, you might need to pay extra import duties, which are entirely responsible to the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange
Our refund & exchange policy lasts 14 days from receiving the product. Once the 14 day time limit has expired, we can’t offer any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible to return your item, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and photo proof of your unused items.
We cannot accept returns if:
The items have been opened from its packaging.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
14 days have passed since the receiving of the product.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item to us. You are also responsible for making sure that the items are returned intact and not damaged.
Please make sure to check with us if the items are eligible for a refund before sending them back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately. Please expect to receive the refund in a couple of days after we have received the product.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items or free items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
